Discover Counseling offers individual and group supervision for Oregon LPC Associates and graduate interns. Our supervisors are active clinicians — their supervision is grounded in what they do every day, not in what they once did.
Aaron is an Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists-approved clinical supervisor with 18+ years of practice experience. His supervision is collaborative and direct — focused on your development as a whole clinician, not just meeting hour requirements. He supervises both internal team members and external associates on a limited basis.
aaron@discovercounseling.com →Rachel is a Supervisor Candidate under the Oregon Board, providing supervision to graduate interns and post-master’s associates. Her clinical background in anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and cross-state telehealth practice gives supervisees a grounded, practically-focused perspective from someone actively doing the work.

Graduate interns and registered associates who join Discover Counseling’s clinical team receive built-in supervision from Aaron or Rachel as part of their role. If you’re considering joining the practice, supervision is included — see current openings for details.
External supervision (for associates or interns working elsewhere) is also available on a limited basis from both supervisors. Reach out directly to discuss availability and fees.
