Getting set up

Schedule your first appointment

Contact us via our request form or call (971) 222-8166. We’ll match you with the right therapist.

Check your email for a portal invitation

We’ll send a SimplePractice invitation to the email address you provide. Click the link to create your account.

Complete your intake paperwork

Sign your consent forms and complete the intake questionnaire through the portal before your first session.

Add a card on file

A credit or debit card on file is required to hold your appointment. HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

You’re ready

For telehealth: join via the portal link sent before your session. For in-person: come to Suite 204 at our Tigard office.
