“Every person has a story. It is my privilege to walk alongside you with kindness and compassion as we explore your experiences and support your unique process of healing.”
Every person has a story filled with compounding experiences that shape their day-to-day life. As a counselor, it is my privilege to walk alongside you with kindness, compassion, and empathy as we explore your experiences and support your unique process of healing and growth.
I use a person-centered approach to create a space where your story is honored — and where we can collaboratively discover what works best for you.
“I strive to promote holistic healing that takes into consideration the whole person: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. You are more than a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.”
As a counselor, I strive to empower the client to connect to themselves by facilitating from a person-centered, collaborative approach. I believe in the importance of developing a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship that offers deep listening, honesty, respect, and compassion.
While my work is grounded in attachment theory and trauma-informed care, I also integrate a variety of therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) — tailoring my approach to best meet the unique needs of each individual.
I specialize in attachment and trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, self-esteem issues, grief, workplace conflict, and life transitions. My intention is to help you deepen your self-awareness, gain meaningful insight, and expand your capacity for resilience, connection, and lasting change.
When I am not working I love spending time with family, gardening, hiking, and cooking.
